At AlphaReview, we make it easy for you to import reviews from other review providers or CSV files. If you previously used another review app, you can import reviews with a CSV file from 7 popular apps such as Judge.me, Loox, Stamped.io, Yotpo, Okendo, Ryviu, and Rivyo.
You can also import reviews from your own CSV file using our import template. Simply download our sample file, fill in the information, and upload it to our Reviews > Import Reviews section. After checking for errors, we will let you know if anything needs to be fixed.
By following these simple steps, you can easily import your reviews into AlphaReview and benefit from our comprehensive review management platform.

Format of product_id in CSV file has to be Plain Text. If not, it will not be imported.
•
When importing reviews from a different provider, it is important to ensure that you use the exact same CSV file that was exported. Do NOT make any changes to the data in the file before importing it into your system.

To import reviews, please follow these steps.
1.
Export reviews from your previous app.
2.
In our admin, go to Reviews > Import Reviews.
3.
Choose the app you were using previously.
4.
Upload your CSV file and click Import Reviews.
5.
We will let you know if there are any missing rows or errors in your file. If so, check what’s wrong with your file, then fix and upload them again.
From AlphaReview Template
If your CSV file of reviews is not from any of the apps above, you can still import reviews using our import template. Please follow the steps below to import reviews.
1.
In our admin, go to Reviews > Import Reviews.
2.
Download the sample file provided by AlphaReview.
3.
Fill in the information needed in the CSV file, and save it.
4.
Upload your CSV file and click Import Reviews.
5.
We will let you know if there are any missing rows or errors in your file. If so, check what’s wrong with your file, then fix and upload them again.

From Amazon
You can easily import reviews from Amazon using AlphaReview's Amazon Reviews Importer. Follow these steps:
1.
Go to the admin section and navigate to Reviews > Import Reviews > From Amazon.
2.
Locate the product for which you want to import reviews and click on "Import Reviews".

Paste the Amazon product link in the designated field and click on the “verify” button.

Ensure that the product link is for the specific product page.

All Amazon products have URLs starting with these letters.
•
Confirm that the Amazon product has reviews with content.
5.
Apply filters according to your preferences.
•
The filters provided are the same as the ones available for Amazon.
•
Note that you can import up to 100 reviews at once, as Amazon only displays 100 reviews per product.
6.
When you are ready, click on "Import" to initiate the import process.
