Troubleshooting Guide

Check the items below to see why your file has failed to import.

Is the file you’ve uploaded a CSV file?
It must be CSV file to be successfully imported.
Have you filled in all the required data?
The following items are required:
Order no.
Email
Customer name
Customer email address
Product ID
Product handle
Fulfilled at
Is the Product ID data in the CSV file formatted as a ‘Number’?
The Product ID must be in ‘Number’ format for the system to read it.
Are the ‘Fulfilled at’ and ‘Request at’ data in the CSV file in ‘Date’ format?
‘Fulfilled at’ and ‘Requested at’ must be in ‘Date’ format for the system to read them.
