What is “Quick Reviews”?
It’s the easiest way to write a review with just one click. The review request sent to the customers includes satisfaction buttons, which are immediately created in satisfaction text when clicked.
Text of reviews by each satisfaction can be set with the “Quick Review Template.”
For example, suppose you have set up a text that says, “The customer evaluated it as ‘Satisfied’” to be submitted as a review if a customer presses the “Satisfied” button.
In this case, if a customer pressed the “Satisfied” in the review request that the customer received, the review will be submitted immediately with the text you set up.
AlphaReview’s exclusive feature, “Quick Review,” innovatively simplifies the review writing process and increases the number of reviews.
If you do not want to use this feature, you can easily turn it off. It will be applied to the subsequent ordersQuick Review Templates
We provide you with two kinds of preset templates so that you don’t need to worry about it. If you’re unsatisfied with our preset templates, you can also make one of your own.
You cannot add, edit or delete preset templates.

Click “+ Add template” button to add a custom template.

Select the level of satisfaction.

Fill out the contents of the quick review template that suits the satisfaction level.

There are some personalized variables you can use when making your own templates.
