Customer Notice might be a little unfamiliar concept for you. This AlphaReview’s exclusive feature can make it easier to deliver the message you want to provide to an unspecified number of customers.
NOTE | You can use this feature to notify your customers about promotions, criteria to follow when writing a review, etc.
List of Customer Notice
Through the list, you can check the status, title, start date, end date, and the creation date of the notices.
The start date and end date mean the posting period of the notice. When it ended, the status turns into a “Hidden” status. When it’s on the period, the status is “Posted”. And when it’s waiting to be posted, the status will be “To be posted”.
You can view the notice's preview by clicking on it, and you can modify it through the preview.
Create Customer Notice

Title: Enter a title for the notice to be exposed to the customers.

Contents: Write down the detailed contents of the notice.
•
Posting Period: Set the start and end dates of posting period.
