AlphaReview Exclusive Feature

Review Reply

It’s crucial to respond to the reviews, regardless of whether they’re positive or negative. Replying to reviews is good for enhancing the customer’s purchasing experience and giving the potential customer a positive perception of your store.
That's why AlphaReview’s providing a reply template and the feature to leave review replies in Auto-reply that you can use when manually replying to customer reviews.

Auto-reply

For busy store owners like you, it might be hard to leave a reply to every review. If so, try our auto-reply feature. Activate auto-reply to use it. Reply will be automatically created with a reply template that matches the review’s rating.
Even if the Auto-reply feature is active, if the reply template for a particular rating is missing, we will not leave an automatic reply for a review with that rating.

Set Reply Template

Create reply templates to be used for auto-reply.
You can set the template differently according to the review’s rating since the contents of the reply that need to be written in the positive and negative reviews are different.
For example, if a review with a rating of 5 is created, the reply will be automatically created with the content of the reply template that matches the rating of 5.
You can use emoji and variables when you create a reply templates. Check the variables below.
