What is “Long-term Reviews”?
The customers who have already purchased and used the product have all the answers to the questions that the customers who are hesitant to buy. That’s why reviews are an essential factor in boosting sales.
However, the customers who purchased the product usually leave a review right after receiving it, so it’s not easy to explain the detailed view of the product. Only the customers who have used the product for a long time can explain it.
That’s why you need to use our exclusive feature, “Long-term review.” AlphaReview requests to write reviews to happy customers who have used the product for a long time so that they can elaborate on the merits of a product.
Only customers who have received a “Long-term Review Request” can write a long-term review. Therefore, please check the request settings before activating this feature. If you do not want to use this feature, you can easily turn it off. It will be applied to the subsequent orders.Reviewable Date
You can decide from when to when to allow long-term reviews. The start date is based on the date of the first review request. Our suggestion is “From 30 days after the date of the first review request, customers can write a long-term review within 60 days”.
